Roots in Sweden?

I help you to search after your ancestor who emigrated from Sweden in the 1800's and in beginning on 1900's. I have access to the Swedish parish register from about 1780-1930 and a lot of other materials to search in.
Don't hesitate to contact me.

Dear Yvonne, It was a god-send to have found you after years of unsuccessful searches for my grandmother Mathilda's roots.
I have been searching for the roots of my grandmother Mathilda Caroline Anderson for over 10 year. She emigrated with her family in 1881.
I have been in Sweden three times and have visited the locations of my grandfather’s family homes in Värmland.
I have found over 1000 names and locations of ancestors and currently living relatives.
But, I have been very frustrated that I have not been able to find anything about my grandmother’s family, even though I visited the Swedish genealogical center in Ramsele (SVAR).
You have found Mathilda, her siblings, parents, grandparents and gr. grandparents. It is hard for me to profess my gratitude enough for what you have done for our family genealogy. My Best Regards, Bob Carlson

I am granddaughter of John & Jenny Anderson. My Grandparents left Sweden for Canada in 1928. I wondered if there were any relatives who still lived in Sweden, where they lived. etc.
You have found an incredible number of my relatives in Sweden, and now I have many cousins to visit in Sweden! So THANK YOU so so much for all you have done for me.
It means the World to me. You did an awesome job and should be very proud of yourself! Thanking you for all your hard work & dedication to me, through-out the whole process.
All the hours you have given to me with all the searching. You are a great person and very good at all you do. And I thank you again Yvonne! You are one awesome lady & I am very proud to call you my friend.!!

My grandfather Frank Ludvig immigrated 1896 from Lärbro in Gotland, Sweden.
Yvonne has found a lot of information about him and my grandmother. Even grandfather's and grandmother's siblings and many more ancestors.
Yvonne: You have taken me from a grandfather to a whole country of family and I thank you sooooo much!
For Christmas I received a wonderful gift, new family members! I have a connection now with second cousins in Gotland. The family tree I received from Yvonne complements my own and contains about 150 ancestors! Marlou_California_USA

My great grandmother Amalia immigrated 1886 from Marka in Västergötland, Sweden.
When I visited Sweden in December 2008, Yvonne helped me to find tombstones of some of my ancestors. Yvonne helped me get connected with a man who had a lot of knowledge of the farms and buildings where my ancestors had lived.
I know we saw things through his research that we, as casual tourists, would never have thought to see.
Yvonne also provided links to generations that I had not been able to find myself using online resources.
Even with all the Internet access we have from across the world, a local onsite researcher can save many, many hours of frustrating searches.
I can't thank Yvonne enough for all that she did in making our visit to Falköping so productive, interesting and thoughtful to my needs. Thank you again for making my time in Falköping so full of interest and meaning.
The family tree I received from Yvonne complements my own and contains 42 ancestors.

My grandmother Matilda Fredrika immigrated 1900 from Tvärred in Västergötland, Sweden.
Yvonne has helped me to re-confirm the names of Matilda Fredrika’s brothers and sisters, their dates and places of birth. Yvonne has also given me info about Matilda Fredrika’s brothers and sisters marriages and their subsequent children.
Yvonne also re-confirms her parents' full names, dates and places of birth and death. I have also, by Yvonne, had contact with cousins in Sweden and will visit them to the spring of 2009.
Wow! You are really digging up the past! And it is getting more interesting with each email you send! The family tree I received from Yvonne complements my own and contains about 130 ancestors!
